As part of the soft launch of the Stirling County Wolfhound Trust (SCWT), we were delighted to take our first steps in supporting one of the most important areas of the club, our Minis and Micros section.
The young players were joined by a very special guest, Wolfie, the Stirling County mascot, who proudly presented brand-new rugby balls to every Minis and Micros age group on behalf of SCWT.
This initiative marks the Trust’s first opportunity to make a tangible impact within Stirling County. Providing essential equipment directly to our youngest players was a wonderful way to demonstrate our commitment to creating positive change from day one.
Every rugby ball represents more than just equipment. It symbolises the start of a player’s rugby journey and reinforces our mission of Rugby for Everyone. By improving access to resources and supporting participation at grassroots level, SCWT is helping to ensure that rugby remains accessible, inclusive and enjoyable for all.
While this is only the beginning, it reflects the Trust’s ambition to support the growth of youth rugby not only within Stirling County, but across the wider community and surrounding districts for years to come.
